Delivery costs

Delivery costs are free and included in the price of your order.

Delivery time

Our delivery times are between 7 and 14 days.

You will receive an email notification when your order has been shipped and picked up.

Delivery method

We pack your orders with particular care given the nature of the items: the items are properly spaced and protected with bubble wrap + air cushion packaging.

Here is the list of the carriers taking care of your order according to the main delivery countries:

Order tracking

Each order has a tracking number which will be sent to you by email as soon as your order is shipped. You will then be able to follow the different stages of its delivery.

Returns

Our return policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since you received your order, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To qualify for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To make a return, you must show us a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds (if any)

Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received it. We will also inform you of our decision on whether to approve or reject your claim.

If your request is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method, within 3 working days.

Damage

If your order is damaged, we assume full responsibility and will either reship the items or refund your money.
